What you'll do Lead end-to-end analysis and design for major change and transformation programmes Facilitate dynamic workshops to uncover opportunities and challenge assumptions Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements that deliver real value Produce top-tier deliverables such as process maps, Target Operating Models, and impact assessments Collaborate with project and programme managers to ensure seamless delivery Support testing and business readiness for smooth transitions into BAU Apply Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies to drive success Champion continuous improvement and innovative solutions Build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor Coach and develop Business Analysts, fostering a culture of excellence About The Candidate What we're looking for: A proven track record as a Senior Business Analyst delivering transformation across technology and operations Experience managing and mentoring Business Analysts Strong skills in process modelling, requirements definition, and solution design Confidence in facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders at all levels Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Familiarity with tools like Visio, Lucidchart, Miro/Mural, Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, and PowerBI Ideally, a BCS or IIBA Business Analysis certification and experience in NHS or large-scale transformation programmes Why Join Us?
