Lead Radiographer – CT Department: Radiology Location: Canary Wharf, 50 Bank Street, London Contract: Permanent Hours: 40 hours per week / Full time Salary: £Competitive, plus Bupa benefits. Responsibilities Lead the daily management of the CT service in partnership with the Operational Lead Radiographer. Perform high‑quality CT and X‑ray examinations in line with departmental protocols. Organise work schedules and manage CT senior and junior radiographers, including new starters. Mentor staff, supervise professional standards and support continuous training. Ensure compliance with safety standards, IREM regulations and hospital policies. Lead clinical audits and equipment quality assurance. Analyse acquired data, record results and produce high‑quality images for reporting. Key Skills & Qualifications BSc or DCR in Radiography (essential) Evidence of CPD and Postgraduate Certificate in CT (essential) Experience with Siemens CT, especially cardiac CT (essential) State registration – HCPC (essential) Ability to work independently and make clinical decisions based on best practice. Leadership experience with significant post‑qualification experience in CT and X‑ray.
