Position Warehouse Op - Load Coordinator About the Role Join to apply for the Warehouse Op - Load Coordinator role at Virtual Bridges. Brook Street Recruitment is working on behalf of our client in Mallusk seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Warehouse Operative / Load Coordinator. The successful candidate would generally be required to work Monday to Friday 14:00 to 22:00. Candidates must be computer literate with ability to use Outlook; training will be given on operation of the in‑house transport system. Responsibilities Debrief drivers on their return to depot Manage the intake of signed delivery note Co‑ordinate issues reported by drivers with the transport manager Liaise with operations team when discrepancies to export loads are identified Collate info on export consignments and update our transport system Prepare export manifest and when complete share electronical copies with UK partners to inc documentation Furnish export driver with copy manifests Supervise export traffic in the yard looking for discrepancies and checking data supplied from shippers are correct Download import manifest on to transport system Print delivery notes and marry up with shippers paperwork Sort documentation for transport manager Assist with data input such as pod and run night kpi's Assist loaders and drivers when required to load and secure export trailers Qualifications Experience with a forklift license / counter balance is preferable but not essential. A very positive, friendly attitude when communicating with customers and suppliers alike is absolutely key, as the client does not tolerate any form of negativity in relation to customer requests.
