The Role We are seeking a skilled and motivated Systems Engineer with a passion for designing technical solutions and delivering first‑class 3rd‑line support. Work with internal and external stakeholders. Plan, implement and document technical solutions. Assist in the transition of solutions into live service. Provide 3rd‑line support services. Skills & Experience At least 3 years of experience in a similar 3rd‑line role. Proven ability to implement, configure, test, and maintain technical infrastructure. Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges. Excellent knowledge of supporting enterprise network technologies including switching, firewalling, routing, and wireless products. Committed to continuous learning and actively pursuing vendor certifications. Ability to follow and produce detailed technical documentation. Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment. High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality. Positive, proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership.
