Damp Engineer

Environ Property Services is a leading specialist in Damp, Roofing, Drainage, Restoration, and Pest Control. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing, well-established, family-run company in the heart of Fulham. Due to high demand, we are looking for a Damp Engineer / Damp Proofing Specialist to join our busy Damp Team.

Experience required:

* At least 2 year's damp proofing experience.

* Demonstrate a good and sound knowledge of how damp proofing systems work.

* Know how to apply rendered type A systems in basements/homes/commercial buildings.

* Asbestos awareness certificate and working in confined spaces (this can be arranged in house for the right candidate).

* Own tools and PPE.

* Driver's licence - You will be given a company vehicle & fuel card to use during work hours.

Qualities you need to have:

* Ability to work on your own initiative.

* Polite and courteous manners.

* Motivated and be professionally driven.

* Able to prioritise, plan and organise in order to meet the deadline and communicate this with office staff and surveyors.

* Helpful to other trades on site.

* Eager and willing to learn.

Benefits and Pay

* Working hours are 8am-5pm Monday to Friday.

* The pay for this position is £200 per day (depending on experience).

* Further earning potential with commission.
