Marine Fuels Marketer at Chevron – Apply by December 9th 11:59 p.m. As a Marine Fuels Marketer, you will play a pivotal role in commercial sales and marketing of marine fuels to international shipping customers. The role is embedded within Chevron’s Global Supply & Trading organization and focuses primarily on European and Middle Eastern markets. Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with international shipping clients and trading partners. Execute spot and term sales of marine fuels, maximizing commercial value. Monitor market trends, supply‑demand dynamics, and competitor activity to inform pricing and strategy. Represent Chevron externally in commercial negotiations and industry forums. Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams on logistics, credit, risk, and compliance. Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in marine fuels, trading, or related commercial roles. Strong commercial acumen and understanding of marine fuel markets, including regulatory and compliance requirements (EU ETS, FuelEU, RED III, IMO). Excellent negotiation and decision‑making skills. Effective communication skills across organizational levels and cultures. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Engineering, or related field). Team player able to work in a fast‑paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organization skills. Entrepreneurial and digital mindset. Relocation & Expatriate Considerations Relocation will not be considered. Expatriate assignments will not be considered.
