Job Title: Delivery Driver Location: Leyland, Lancashire | Pay Rate: £13-£14 per hour (depending on experience) | Contract Type: Ongoing Temporary Work | Start Date: Immediate Hours: Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Role Overview We are seeking a reliable and experienced Delivery Driver to join our team in the Leyland area. This role involves collecting a Luton van from a designated address in Leyland and delivering furniture and goods across Leyland, Preston, and the wider Lancashire area. You will work alongside a driver's mate to ensure safe and efficient deliveries. Key Responsibilities Collect and return the company vehicle (Luton van) from Leyland. Deliver furniture and goods to customers across Leyland, Preston, and Lancashire. Work collaboratively with a driver's mate to load/unload items safely. Ensure all deliveries are completed on time and to a high standard. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any issues promptly. Requirements Full UK driving licence (essential). Previous experience driving a Luton van or similar vehicle. Good knowledge of Leyland, Preston, and Lancashire routes. Ability to lift and handle furniture safely.
