We’re looking for a Cover Supervisor to join a dynamic SEN/PRU Primary School in Bournemouth. This is your chance to make a real difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs and help them thrive in a supportive, inclusive environment Why This Role Matters As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in maintaining continuity of learning when teachers are absent. You’ll supervise classes, deliver pre-prepared lessons, and ensure pupils remain engaged and on task. Working with pupils aged 4–11 with a range of needs—including ADHD, ASD, SEMH, speech and language difficulties, and behavioural challenges—you’ll help create a safe, structured, and positive learning atmosphere.
