Floating Support Coordinator The Floating Support Coordinator will promote and deliver a support service providing a range of outreach housing support services. Radius Housing provides quality and affordable social housing throughout Northern Ireland. We offer sheltered and general needs housing for families, single people, and support facilities for the frail, elderly, people with dementia, learning disabilities and other complex needs. Qualifications Good general level of education with at least 5 GCSEs for English and Maths (Grade C) plus 1 year experience working with older people or relevant client groups. OR 3 years experience working in a sheltered or supported housing environment. Good communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with tenants and professional agencies. Understanding of the needs of older people and service provision with an awareness of safeguarding vulnerable adults. A current full driving licence and access to suitable transport. (If a disability prevents driving, this criterion is waived at shortlisting; alternative arrangements may be considered for subsequent appointment.)
