This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is genuinely motivated by the desire to make a positive difference to pupils' lives. Responsibilities Work alongside the teacher to lead a team of EYFS practitioners. Plan activities and liaise with parents regarding new intakes. Provide general class support and act as a named key worker within our Nursery setting (3-4 years). Be committed to our school's ethos of positivity. Enjoy working hard within a supportive network of professionals. Challenge and motivate all children to succeed. Have a love of learning and be committed to their own development. Be an adaptable team player with a good sense of humour. Have a good understanding of teaching systematics phonics. Qualifications & Attributes Passionate and committed individual who is enthusiastic and calm. Willingness to learn, coupled with good interpersonal skills.
