Festival Coordinator

Fab new temp opportunity for a detail-focused and organised admin coordinator to support the Festivals team at this leading Music Merchandise company. Based in Central London, this varied operations role needs a highly organised and solutions-focused individual to provide the highest level of support across the busy summer festival season in the UK and Europe.
To be successful you will need to demonstrate the ability to multi-task and manage a hefty workload with constantly changing deadlines and priorities. Excellent IT admin, communication and critical thinking skills are also key along with a passion for Live Music/Events. A background in logistics, supply chain or inventory coordination would be highly advantageous.
Day to day duties will include:- Assist with forecasts, budgets, projections and evaluate impact on P&L.
- Work with tour and production on issuing Purchase Orders.
- Coordinate and track shipments of finished goods to tour festival locations.
- Maintain inventory at print locations.
- Advance festivals with venues and local concession companies.
- Assist with artist/tour management to coordinate tour logistics and sales reports.
- Work with tour warehouses to track and ship inventory.
- Communicate festival merchandise information to Brand and Touring managers.
- Submit response sheets with pricing.
- Coordinate deliveries and collections with festival sites and freight agents.
