The Role You’ll be joining a friendly, tight-knit team of around a dozen people in their Wakefield office — a business that’s going through a period of positive change. They’re implementing Acturis for the first time, and they need someone who not only understands the system but can help everyone else get up to speed — from junior staff right up to the Directors. In short : You’ll handle a range of commercial clients day-to-day — renewals, adjustments, MTAs, quotes, and all the usual stuff. You’ll also act as the Acturis Superuser for the office — training colleagues, solving problems, and helping embed best practice as the system beds in.
