The Successful Applicant A successful Capital Delivery Project Manager should have: Proven experience in managing property projects within the Public Sector.Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.Excellent organisational and problem‑solving skills.Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Proficiency in relevant project management software and tools.Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in the property sector.Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
