Job Description Oversee the planning and delivery of property projects within the Public Sector.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required standards.Coordinate with stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables.Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks promptly.Prepare and present reports on project performance to relevant stakeholders.Manage procurement processes and liaise with contractors and consultants.Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards throughout the project lifecycle.Provide leadership and guidance to project teams to achieve desired outcomes. The Successful Applicant A successful Capital Delivery Project Manager should have: Proven experience in managing property projects within the Public Sector.Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.Excellent organisational and problem‑solving skills.Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Proficiency in relevant project management software and tools.Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in the property sector.Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
