2026 Systems Engineering Graduate Location: Crawley, United Kingdom Start Date: 07 September 2026 Salary: £34,000 per annum Employee type: Permanent Working Schedule: Monday – Friday, 37 hours a week (8 hours Monday – Thursday, 5 hours Friday) What the role has to offer Permanent role from day one Work on exciting projects within our business units Receive mentorship and support from the Engineering Leadership team Opportunity in year 3 to rotate into different business units and experience different parts of an engineering lifecycle Graduate Programme The 3‑year Graduate Programme offers the chance to develop and challenge you. In Year 3 you may rotate around the United Kingdom to work in different business units, gaining exposure to various stages of an engineering lifecycle. You will be assigned to new or existing programmes and work with other engineers to design and develop solutions for our customers. Requirements Currently on track to achieve a bachelor’s degree in a STEM subject (proposed subjects include: Aeronautical or Aerospace Engineering Electrical and/or Electronic Engineering Information Technology Mathematics Physics Systems Engineering AI, Machine Learning and Cybernetics Persevering, inquisitive mindset and a passion for engineering, design and development Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment Benefits 201 hours annual leave (plus a company day and bank holidays) Company pension scheme Health Care Cash Plan Life insurance Discount portal access Performance‑related pay uplifts 80 hours of volunteering (first two years) Security Clearance This role requires a full Security Clearance (SC) at the SC level with no caveats.
