We specialise in designing, implementing, and maintaining systems that oversee railway infrastructure. This graduate-level position offers an opportunity for tech enthusiasts and problem solvers to contribute to the future of railway transportation without requiring prior industry experience.ResponsibilitiesTraining and Learning: Engage in ongoing training and learning opportunities to enhance your understanding of SCADA and SISS technologies and industry best practices.System Design: Participate in the design and implementation of SCADA and SISS system configurations to meet specific project requirements and bring the systems to life.Troubleshooting: Identify and address system issues or anomalies and provide initial troubleshooting to resolve challenges.Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions, resolve technical problems, and contribute to system enhancements.Documentation: Maintain accurate records, including system logs and incident reports, and update technical documentation as needed.Site Works: Participate in site visits and works, assisting in the deployment, testing, and maintenance of SCADA and SISS systems at physical locations.Essential Skills And AttributesAchieved or on track to achieve a 2:2 or above in an Engineering or Technology related degree.Logical thinking, willing to self‑learn and research, and take a creative approach to problem solving.Ability to work independently, safely and responsibly; take ownership of challenges and ideas and are looking to develop your ability to drive and lead change.Enjoy collaborating with others to find innovative solutions.Training & BenefitsAlongside your role, the graduate development programme will teach softer skills such as communication, teamwork, commercial awareness, digitalisation and innovation.
