Your unique contribution Event & Operations Management Lead and deliver exceptional brand experiences at the Beefeater Education Center, from immersive brand storytelling and tastings for key stakeholders to comprehensive educational sessions and internal events. Oversee the full lifecycle of experiences—from planning and coordination to execution—ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s history, personality, and premium standards. Coordinate all aspects of the Education Center operations, including logistics, accommodations, equipment setup, and contingency planning. Ensure strict adherence to safety and compliance standards for all visits, events, and advocacy venues. Budget & Resource Planning Plan and manage budgets for local events and educational sessions, aligning with stakeholders and ensuring cost efficiency. Content & Brand Experience Oversee production of video and image content, guest management assets, and development of cohesive informational packages that support advocacy objectives. Advocacy & Engagement & Traffic Drive internal advocacy and engagement of the Beefeater Education Center, actively promoting its use across internal teams and partner networks. Collaboration & Partnerships Build and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders, partners, and the on‑site production team to ensure seamless collaboration and integration of experiences.
