Job Description The Assistant Manager is a multi‑faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Strategically, assistant managers drive sales results by analyzing the business and providing best‑in‑class customer service. They oversee daily store operations—opening and closing routines, driving efficiency in all store processes—and leverage their creative expertise through floorset updates, styling recommendations and product knowledge. Assistant managers are also talent leaders, driving everything from recruiting and training to engagement and development. They are expected to show up, bringing their best selves every day, and with a promote‑from‑within philosophy, our Assistant Managers can build upon their foundation and grow into future leaders of our store’s organization.
