Job Description: Senior Practitioner within MASH in Normanton UK earning £35 per hour hourly. Contract length: Minimum 3 months. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and skilled Senior Social Worker to join our esteemed Integrated Front Door IFD team in Wake. Working pattern: Monday to Thursday from 08:30 to 17:00 and Friday from 08:30 to 16:30, with the flexibility to work from home up to two days a week after the induction period. What you will do: Collaborate with partner agencies to screen and assess incoming referrals within the MASH, analysing information to make informed recommendations on appropriate levels of intervention or service. Provide expert guidance and support to ensure the timely processing of referrals in a fast-paced environment. Liaise with other professionals, facilitating multi-agency meetings to ensure cohesive and effective service delivery. Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of assessments and decisions made to support future case work. Use your expert knowledge of social work practices to mentor and support less experienced colleagues across the team. Requirements: Registered with Social Work England. Degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work. A minimum of 3 years post-qualifying experience in front-line social work, ideally with experience in MASH settings. Proven ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.
