Candidate Profile Qualified Solicitor with 7+ years’ PQE in commercial property law. Demonstrable experience managing a varied caseload within a Real Estate or Commercial Property team. Proven ability to build and maintain strong client and referrer relationships. A track record of successful business development and winning new work. Confident decision-maker, able to advise clients autonomously while collaborating effectively with partners and colleagues. Experience supervising or mentoring junior team members.
