Recruitment Consultant

£50'000 - £70'000 First Years Earnings + Regular Pay Reviews + No Threshold, Uncapped Commission (up to 40%) + Incentives + 25 Days Holiday (Extended 2 week Christmas Break)

Looking for exceptional earnings and fast career development (based on your results) to Manager and then Director level? You'll get first class training and development to make you the best you can be, for a company that turns trainee recruitment consultants with no experience into fully fledged, successful recruiters and business leaders.

Our company exists to create top earners (£40k - £60k year 1, £80k+ year 2, realistic) and career focused, high performers to be part of an environment where self-development is key. You will be encouraged to constantly learn, become great at what you do and offer a high level, consultative service to our clients based on building great teams of people for them.

Your Journey With Us;

You will start with a week long, one to one induction with a Director, to introduce you to the Company and how we work, including formal sales training and psychologic studies to understand candidates. Our office environment is performance focused and full of like-minded people that want to succeed in life and that will welcome you and help you every step of the way, no matter what your background and experience is.

Through your 6 week training and development program, you will learn how to find better business opportunities, sell effectively and interview candidates to understand what really makes motivates them. You will be encouraged to improve every day, under the guidance of a Leadership team that have a proven track record of creating successful Consultants and Business Leaders over the last decade.

Your Role as Recruiter:

  • Recruitment Consultant - Identifying and targeting growing engineering companies to work with in a specific sector of technical and engineering (UK / EU / US)
  • Networking and building relationships with key people in businesses
  • Attracting and interviewing the best engineering talent for your clients
  • Guiding candidates through the process and helping them make defining career moves
  • Meeting clients to develop exclusive relationships and retained business

  • Competitive starting salary and uncapped commission – up to 40% with NO thresholds or limits on earnings (£22,814 recently paid in one month in commission)

  • Backgrounds considered - Current Recruiters, sales people (B2B / B2C), ex-forces, excelled in a sport, hobby or music. e.g. Captain of a sports team
  • A keen desire and clear reasons to be in Recruitment
  • Entrepreneurial nature - our progression is based on creating managers, directors and business leaders of the future
  • Excellent communicator, verbal and written
  • Strong work ethic and a driven, ambitious, and resilient mind set
