Reporting directly into the Senior Director, Engineering, you will be responsible for specifying, designing and implementing electromechanical/mechanical solutions for new products and enhancements to current products, producing quality design models and CAD data for our electronic gaming machines across the business.ResponsibilitiesDesign Development: Deliver high–quality electrical designs that meet the technical requirements, constraints, and deliverables outlined in the Project Initiation Document, Requirements Document, or as directed by Engineering Management.Technical Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive design documentation that clearly communicates intent to internal engineering teams, external partners, and suppliers. Ensure all documentation complies with current Health & Safety regulations and relevant industry standards. Create and manage BoM, parts and assemblies in conjunction with Mechanical Engineers and project leadersProject Planning & Estimation: Provide accurate time estimates for assigned tasks and maintain up–to–date project documentation throughout the development lifecycle.Risk & Planning Input: Contribute proactively to project planning activities, including risk assessments and mitigation strategies.Cross–functional Collaboration: Participate constructively in project meetings as required by the Senior Director of Engineering, offering insights and updates on design progress and challenges.Requirements Analysis: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to extract, interpret, and validate technical requirements.
