Senior Marketing Manager Office based Talent Hub is working in partnership with an established, successful and rapidly growing business. They are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead the team in delivering the companies growth plans. They need someone with skills in B2B marketing, multi-channel campaigns, keen to utilise CRM software and adopt the latest technology and AI to increase lead generation. Then contact us to find out more. Responsibilities Be a dynamic and vibrant team leader – this is a crucial part of the job Manage and deliver the agreed marketing goals, plans and strategy. Ensure that the lead generation plans and KPI’s are met. Be responsible for the budget allocation. Be instrumental in the marketing processes, systems and tools. Define and deliver the lead generation strategies and campaign plans. Lead the planning, preparation, implementation and measurement of the marketing campaigns and activities agreed. Influence the set up and effectiveness of the CRM including reporting, data cleansing, list management. Qualifications Previous experience of managing a marketing team, mentoring and leadership. A degree in either Marketing, Business or other relevant CIM qualification. Proven success in B2B lead generation. A passion for utilising AI and the latest tech to maximise marketing campaign activity. Ideally skills in Hubspot or Salesforce CRM. Proven track record in marketing plan development and execution. Experience in marketing strategy definition. Understanding of digital analytics, SEO, and marketing technology platforms.
