Promote continuous improvement and contribute to lessons‑learned and quality reviews. Requirements Experience in a QA / QC role within civils, utilities, water, or heavy infrastructure. Strong understanding of quality assurance processes, ITPs, inspections and NCR management. Excellent attention to detail and high‑level record‑keeping/document control abilities. Comfortable using digital documentation systems (e.g., CDEs) and MS Office tools. Ability to work effectively in a high‑density, complex urban environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to support engineering and site teams. Proactive, organised and committed to a right‑first‑time approach. Full UK driving licence preferred.
