Family Solicitor

We are looking for a motivated and client-focused Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our client’s busy Family & Matrimonial Department in Cullompton. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for family law who is committed to delivering outstanding client service.You will advise and support clients on a broad range of family law matters, including:Divorce and civil partnershipSeparation and cohabitee issuesFinancial matters arising from family breakdownChildren law casesKey ResponsibilitiesManaging your own caseload efficiently and effectivelyDelivering accurate, timely advice in line with risk management proceduresStaying up to date with changes in legislation and case lawBuilding and maintaining strong client and referrer relationshipsTaking an active role in the marketing and development of the departmentAbout YouThe ideal candidate will bring:Experience in family law matters (divorce, finance, children, separation, and cohabitee issues)A proactive, enthusiastic, and professional approachExcellent client care skills and the ability to work well within a teamGood IT skills and attention to detailA knowledge of the legal aid system would be an advantage, but is not essential.What’s on OfferOur client is committed to supporting their team members to reach their full potential.
