About the role:
You will plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the needs of pupils with SEND. Supported by experienced teaching assistants and therapists, you'll help learners achieve their personal and academic goals.
We're looking for a dedicated candidate to:
Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment
Use tailored strategies to support a range of abilities
Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals
Promote independence and confidence in every pupilRequirements -
The ideal candidate would have:
QTS or equivalent qualification
Experience teaching pupils with SEND (or a strong interest in SEND)
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
