Supply Teacher – Enfield (Secondary) Good and Outstanding Secondary schools in Enfield are seeking Supply Teachers for positions that guarantee work everyday for the school academic year. Key Details Supply Teacher Good and Outstanding schools Full or part time Enfield Pay: GBP140 – GBP220 per day Preferred work arrangements with outstanding schools We are working on an exclusive basis with a number of schools in Enfield that are looking to build a localised pool of qualified Secondary Supply Teachers who can satisfy the supply needs across all subjects. As such we have agreements with a number of schools to provide groups of supply staff, who will work on a preferred and guaranteed basis. Essentially, you will be as close to a full salaried member of staff as you can be whilst still retaining all of the flexibility of supply teaching. In some circumstances, the possibility exists to be eligible for sickness pay. Responsibilities Deliver engaging and stimulating lessons that have been planned and left by the regular class teachers. Build rapport with students and staff. Demonstrate flexibility and an appreciation of nimble working practices. Manage class behaviour.
