Corporate Broker Development Manager An outstanding opportunity has arisen with a leading UK insurer for an accomplished Broker Development Manager to join their Corporate Division. This is a pivotal, field-based role focused on driving profitable growth through strategic relationships with a panel of national broking partners. In this key position, you'll take ownership of developing and strengthening high-value broker relationships, shaping pipeline strategy, and championing a highly credible corporate insurance proposition. You'll play a central role in securing new corporate business while ensuring the retention and ongoing satisfaction of an established broker-led client portfolio. Working closely with Account Directors, placement teams and senior stakeholders, you'll influence decision-making, create strong partnership frameworks, and deliver sustainable growth aligned to the organisation's risk appetite. You'll also act as a visible ambassador in the market, leading meetings with brokers and corporate clients to reinforce the business's reputation as a top-tier insurer. In return you will get a basic salary up to £85,000 plus a strong bonus (25%) based on performance and a market leading pension up to £20%.
