A highly entrepreneurial business driven as a tight fast-moving SME.Gym King believes that we are all fighting for something and that something can be achieved with the right mindset and execution, changing our lives for the better forever.ResponsibilitiesWorking with both the Sales & Customer Service teams across a multitude of tasks – no day is the sameYou would be working alongside the sales team to grow the independent business; attending meetings, organising SMS samples and setting up showroom ready for sell in meetings.Support across key accounts developing a strong relationship across internal external teams identifying opportunities, working with retail/managers, VM briefs, data input, managing order books.Supporting Customer Service department to assist with tasks such as order reconciliation, booking deliveries to customers, raising sales providing cover when required.within our gym partnership accounts – working closely with within gyms and sales agents driving the business forward and seeking new opportunities.Liaising with in-house creative team to create mailers and lookbooks to send out customers each season.Variety of tasks such as data sheets, order books, creating line lists.Understanding marketplace, regular consumer insight & analysis and feeding back product teams.Building relationships with key stakeholders, taking the lead with the wholesale customer service experience.Confident communicator reporting key information to Heads of Departments and senior management.Opportunity for some travel to visit customers/stores.Close working relationship across internal teams including buying, design, garment tech, marketing and Ecom.About You1-2 years’ experience working in a similar rolewith wholesale accounts ideally within fashion or footwear – a passion for product and brand is essentialHave excellent interpersonal skills and the confidence to present ideas to teams.A quick learner who can process lots of information and prioritise action.Relevant degree preferred but not essential.Works well under pressureDrive and enthusiasm, highly engaged and keen to learn and progressExcellent organisational and time management skillsProven ability to work on own initiative and independentlyHighly self-motivated and dynamic individualTeam playerProficient in Microsoft OfficeFull clean Driving LicenceFearlessFocussedDrivenResilientTeam PlayerThe successful candidate will demonstrate behaviours that are aligned to these values.Competitive salary dependent upon experience25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) option to ‘buy’ up to 2 extra daysFree onsite parkingRelaxed and friendly working environment10 days Company sick pay (after completion of probationary period)Health Cash Plan (after completion of probationary period)GK profit related bonus schemeStaff shop with heavily discounted sample Gym King productsDue to the nature of this role, the hours will be full time (37.5 hours per week) Monday-Friday, although a flexible approach is required at times to meet the needs of the role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
