The Role

3t Digital offers B2B learning software and content to safety critical industries. As a Technical Delivery Manager at 3t Digital, you will work across our technology teams/squads to ensure that features and products are delivered on time, and the quality of deliverables are maintained. They will also help to ensure the effective quarterly roadmap planning, apply their expertise in delivery management to accelerate team delivery performance, and drive the standard and pace of delivery in Technology overall. The role requires a proactive, experienced project delivery professional with exceptional project management and stakeholder management skills. This will be a client-facing role.

You will report to the VP of Technology, working closely with the Head of Development, Tech Leads, Software Engineers, Data Engineers, QA, Head of Product, Product Managers, and Customer Success Managers.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Ensures that all our projects (migration, onboarding, integration) have clear delivery plans that define the scope, outcomes, delivery risks & dependencies.
  • Manages multiple projects of varying sizes concurrently with solid stakeholder management.
  • Closes projects, ensuring operational readiness, clarity on outcomes achieved, and consolidating lessons learned.
  • Act as a point of contact between business stakeholders and the development teams to share project progress and delivery timelines.
  • Provide regular status updates to our clients on migration and onboarding projects; maintains a risk & dependency log.
  • Participate in the key Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Helps with Agile estimation and planning activities, and coach the team on Agile best practices wherever needed.
  • Track progress and report on key metrics to internal and external stakeholders, keeping them informed on project status and delivery schedules.
  • Champions and elevates our standard and pace of delivery.

Qualifications And Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Technical Delivery Manager.
  • Experience of working in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience of working in regulated and complex sectors like Energy, Finance, Telco, Healthcare or Education.
  • Good understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working with crossfunctional teams.
  • Relevant certifications like Agile PM, Prince2 Agile or similar.
  • Highly technical with excellent communication skills (written & verbal) with the ability to deliver presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence etc.
  • Experience with data migration projects, new customer onboarding, system integrations etc.
  • Highly organised, able to establish clarity and momentum rapidly on new projects and drive delivery, getting hands on to unblock issues as needed, and mobilising others to take ownership and action.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, able to create a sense of clarity, structure and focus for others in complex situations; excellent data reporting skills.

Pay: £55,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
