Your mission? Keep the good vibes rolling, helping conduct your floor team to success, keep the plates flying, and our guests grooving with delight.Key Responsibilities:Lead, inspire, and guide the floor staff to deliver top-notch service.Be the life of the restaurant, greeting and engaging guests with infectious enthusiasm.Manage reservations, seating, and ensure a smooth flow of service.Keep the energy high and the ambiance electric throughout every shift.Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless food and drink service.Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and any hiccups with charm and grace.Maintain a party-perfect atmosphere by overseeing cleanliness and organisation.Ensure staff are aligned with the restaurant's vision and customer-focused approach.Ensure you and your team are scoring 5-star reviews online daily.Promote the restaurant mission statement and encourage passers-by to become Nikkei enthusiasts and dine with Nakanojo.Support the management to achieve the targets & KPIs.Jump in when needed to keep the groove going and guests happy.Embrace change and innovation to keep our Nikkei fiesta fresh.Qualifications:Previous restaurant or hospitality management experience is a plus, but if you've got the energy and passion, we're all earsA natural born leader with a knack for motivating and mentoring a team.Your positive energy is contagious, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment.You've got a taste for Nikkei cuisine or are eager to dive into the culinary revolution.Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with both guests and staff.Flexibility to groove during evenings, weekends, and holidays.What We Offer:Nakanojo Black Belt Academy: A structured career development program allowing rapid progression.
