Key Role Responsibilities:

As a Graduate Sales Specialist, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing expert consultancy and support to customers and sales teams. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Researching potential customers to shape and develop new business opportunities
  • Providing internal consultancy to Account Managers across Corporate Sales teams
  • Understanding customer IT challenges and proposing tailored solutions
  • Supporting pre-sales engagements with a focus on data centre modernisation and hybrid IT solutions
  • Collaborating on complex solution architectures and technical design workshops
  • Delivering technical governance and maintaining high documentation standards
  • Conducting internal and customer-facing workshops, events, and presentations

Key Attributes Required:

The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and sales, as well as a keen desire to develop expertise in enterprise IT solutions. To succeed in this role, they should demonstrate:

  • A strong interest in technology and a willingness to learn about infrastructure solutions
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and motivation to build a client base
  • Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • A problem-solving approach and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Knowledge or experience in IT infrastructure, hybrid cloud, or data centre solutions (desirable but not essential)
