Catering Manager Salary £35,000 per annum plus company benefits. The Opportunity A rewarding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Catering Manager to oversee a busy catering operation at an activity centre for young children and adults. The Role You will ensure that the kitchen and dining room runs smoothly and efficiently during busy breakfast, lunch and dinner times. You will ensure you and your team of chefs and catering assistants maintain high standards of cleanliness and monitoring due diligence. Management and leadership of a large team and high volume catering on a daily basis as well as ensuring the dining area runs smoothly. The role is working 5 days out of 7 – 42 hours per week. The Ideal Applicant We are looking for an experienced Catering Manager from a high-volume background, with experience of managing large teams and working within a busy environment. You will have a high attention to detail, ability to organise and communicate is key. Qualifications An enhanced DBS check is required. Management qualifications and proven experience of coaching and mentoring your team.
