Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you’ll be the go-to authority for your area, driving performance, reliability, and innovation across both GMP and non-GMP assets.We’re looking for someone who’s not satisfied with quick fixes. You’ll ask *why* a failure occurred, dig deep into root causes, and implement solutions that prevent recurrence. Your mindset should be one of **continuous improvement**, always seeking smarter, safer, and more efficient ways to work.This is a **leadership role without direct reports** — ideal for someone who leads by example, takes full **ownership and accountability**, and collaborates cross-functionally to deliver results.
