Teaching across undergraduate levels; flexibly delivering classes weekdays, evenings and weekends. What You'll Be Doing As a Lecturer in Accounting & Finance, you will deliver management‑related modules, develop comprehensive course materials, conduct all aspects of learning, teaching, assessment, and keep up to date with latest developments in your field and student support practices. Responsibilities Include All aspects of planning, delivering, and assessing student work, ensuring learning outcomes are met Developing, updating, and improving course materials as appropriate Using a variety of learning and teaching methods/materials Actively engaging in staff development activities, peer observations, meetings and other administrative duties Keeping up to date with latest developments in your field and student support practices Contributing to objectives for student attendance, continuation, completion, satisfaction and progression About You Hold a Master’s degree in a relevant subject area (PhD desirable) Have previous UK HE lecturing experience in the wider subject area Demonstrate extensive knowledge of relevant subject matter Experience supervising student work and providing support and feedback Experience of accurate reporting and ability to maintain thorough and organised student records Work under pressure, plan and prioritise workload to meet tight deadlines Excellent communication, interpersonal and team‑working skills Can work with diverse groups of people Desirable Postgraduate Certificate of Academic Practice or equivalent teaching qualification, or a commitment to enrol on a teaching program during probation and complete within three years, or Fellowship of HEA (or international equivalent) Experience in design/development of academic or professional education programmes Seniority Level Mid‑Senior Level Employment Type Full-time Job Function Education and Training; Industries: Education #J-18808-Ljbffr
