With opportunities across sponsorship, ticketing, marketing, hospitality, retail, and community engagement, the Club is looking for a dynamic commercial leader to drive growth, innovation, and impact across all areas of the business. Role & Responsibilities of the Chief Commercial Officer Lead and inspire a diverse commercial team across Sponsorship, Hospitality & Events, Retail, Ticketing, Marketing, Communications, and Community. Develop and implement commercial strategies that deliver sustainable growth and profitability, turning strategic vision into actionable plans. Command influence with key stakeholders including the CEO, senior leadership team, RFU, PRL, sponsors, and partners. Set clear targets, financial planning, and performance measures for departmental leads and their teams, fostering accountability and development. Identify new markets, products, and partnerships to maximise revenue and investment. Analyse performance data and metrics to inform strategic decisions and benchmark against competitors. Create a high-energy, collaborative culture that reinvigorates the workplace, lifting engagement, visibility, and team morale. Provide insightful reporting to the CEO and senior leadership team, ensuring decisions are data-driven and financially sound. About You as the Chief Commercial Officer Proven commercial leader with experience generating revenue growth and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. Strategic planner who can translate ideas into actionable plans, guide teams, and deliver measurable results. Exceptional communicator and influencer with gravitas; able to inspire teams, engage stakeholders, and command a room. High-energy, confident, and motivational, bringing strength of character without micromanaging. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building relationships, developing teams, and driving commercial success. Strong financial acumen withable experience of budget management and using data to make informed business decisions. Analytical and results-oriented, with the ability to benchmark performance and track impact across commercial operations. Hands-on problem solver who can balance strategic thinking with practical implementation. Skilled storyteller and presenter, able to engage a wide variety of audiences and influence at all levels. Flexible, adaptable, and resilient, thriving in a fast-moving, evolving business environment. Additional Benefits Excellent Salary and car allowance Bonus structure up to £40K for achieving club-wide budget targets. Commission c. £50K aligned to marketing, sponsorship, corporate sales, and ticketing objectives.
