The role Location: Europe Job type: Remote, office work is optional We are seeking a Global Product Manager – Microsoft Data & AI to drive the definition, development, and go‑to‑market strategies for Microsoft‑based AI solutions and services within SoftwareOne’s Global Data & AI Center of Excellence (CoE) and SoftwareOne Intelligence Fabric. This role reports to the Director, Application Services. In this position, you will help organizations build a structured, scalable, and secure approach to AI adoption, unlocking value from Microsoft’s AI ecosystem—including Azure AI, Copilot, AI Agents, and Microsoft Fabric—while ensuring responsible and compliant implementation. You will serve as a strategic leader shaping future‑ready, differentiated offerings that accelerate business transformation with Microsoft technologies. Key Responsibilities Microsoft‑Focused Product Design & Innovation Lead the creation of repeatable AI and data solutions centered on Microsoft platforms, especially Azure AI, Copilot (Chat & Agents), and Microsoft Fabric. Translate innovation and demand into packaged offerings that enable rapid, responsible AI adoption. Strategic Partnership with Microsoft Drive strategic collaboration with Microsoft’s Data & AI teams, influencing joint roadmaps and ensuring alignment with Microsoft’s latest releases and programs. Leverage Microsoft's AI innovation to stay ahead of the curve in enterprise AI capabilities and services. Go‑to‑Market & Sales Strategy Design and implement GTM strategies for Microsoft Data & AI solutions. Enable field sales and presales with content, training, and tailored messaging that clearly articulates the SoftwareOne + Microsoft AI value proposition. AI Advisory & Implementation Leadership Lead advanced advisory services around Azure AI, Responsible AI, Microsoft Fabric, and Copilot enablement, providing clients with a clear roadmap to responsible AI adoption. Drive delivery methodology and reusable accelerators to scale adoption. SoftwareOne Intelligence Fabric Development Own the Microsoft data integration strategy for the SoftwareOne Intelligence Fabric, embedding scalable, intelligent components across the platform. Define global delivery and GTM standards aligned with Microsoft architectures and compliance models. Internal Collaboration & Leadership Work cross‑functionally with service units, presales, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure integrated and cohesive Microsoft Data & AI solutions. Act as an evangelist for Microsoft AI capabilities internally and externally. Sales Enablement & Thought Leadership Build and scale Microsoft‑focused enablement initiatives to upskill sales and delivery teams across regions. Represent SoftwareOne in industry events, Microsoft partner forums, and thought leadership opportunities. What we need to see from you Deep expertise in Microsoft Data & AI technologies, including Azure AI Services (Cognitive Services, Azure OpenAI, etc.), Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot, and Microsoft Fabric. Strong understanding of AI architectures including Generative AI, Machine Learning, AI Agents, NLP, Computer Vision, and Data Lakehouse architectures. Familiar with Microsoft's Responsible AI principles and enterprise compliance requirements. Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure AI Engineer, Data Scientist, Solution Architect) are highly preferred. Experience working with or within the Microsoft ecosystem, including awareness of product roadmaps and partner engagement models. Strong product management experience using Agile, Kanban, and Lean methodologies. Proven track record building enterprise‑scale AI or data products, ideally in a Microsoft‑first environment. Experience collaborating across matrixed organizations—Sales, Pre‑Sales, and Professional Services. Strong communication skills, with presence in public speaking, online content, or community leadership. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for technology‑driven business transformation.
