Administration Officer CAMHS Single Point of Access – Band 3 Black Country Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join the fast‑paced Single Point of Access for Black Country CAMHS. Job Summary This role involves managing telephone queries, producing mails and reports, handling the client referral system, maintaining office procedures and supporting teams through meetings. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of reference for incoming telephone queries, taking appropriate action or redirecting as necessary. Produce reports and letters in accordance with Division guidelines. Perform general administrative and clerical functions including photocopying, filing (paper and electronic), and managing stationery supplies. Process the client referral system and associated paperwork in accordance with departmental systems. Maintain effective and efficient departmental systems and office procedures. Manage diaries and post, taking appropriate action as necessary. Maintain an efficient filing and record system, including medical secretarial services. Collate statistical information and prepare returns appropriate to grade. Arrange and attend formal and team meetings, take notes, produce minutes, draft agendas and ensure timely distribution. Provide general support to meetings and coordinate facility arrangements. Qualifications & Requirements Good standard of education – 5 GCSEs or equivalent qualification. Typing and word‑processing skills at RSA/OCR Level II (or equivalent). Professional Information Salary: £24,937 to £26,598 per annum. Contract: Fixed term, 12 months. Working pattern: Full‑time.
