On behalf of M&G, AMS are looking for a HR Content Migration Analyst on an initial 4mth day rate contract based in Edinburgh or surrounding area. Please note this role can also be remote with travel occasionally to the Edinburgh office. Job Description - The Role We are seeking an experienced HR Content Migration Analyst to support a critical project aimed at transitioning our HR knowledge base (People Hub) to a new platform. This role is central to ensuring that HR content is accurately migrated, optimised for usability, and aligned with governance standards. Working closely with HR subject matter experts and project stakeholders, you will help deliver a seamless migration that enhances the colleague experience and supports our self‑service HR model. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in project environments, has strong organisational skills, and enjoys working with information and digital tools. What you'll do : Content Migration : Audit existing HR knowledge base content, prepare for migration, and ensure accurate transfer to the new platform. Content Optimisation : Review and refine content for clarity, accessibility, and alignment with governance standards during migration. Collaboration : Work closely with HR teams, subject matter experts, and project leads to gather requirements and validate migrated content. Quality Assurance : Conduct checks to ensure content integrity, version control, and compliance with HR policies. Feedback & Improvement : Monitor migration progress, address issues promptly, and identify opportunities for enhancing the colleague experience. Support Multimedia Integration : Assist with incorporating videos, infographics, and other digital assets into the new platform. The skills you'll need : Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail. Copy‑editing experience and ability to write and edit content clearly and concisely, using plain language. Familiarity with HR processes and systems (e.g., Workday, Service Now, Interact or other Intranet platforms) is desirable. Experience in content migration or digital transformation projects is an advantage. Comfortable using content management systems and digital tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proactive approach to problem‑solving and continuous improvement.
