Job Title: Maintenance Engineer Maintenance Engineer Location: Flint Salary: Up to £48,000 package Shift Pattern Rotating shifts: 6am3pm / 1pm10pm (40-hour week) Early Friday finish (6am12pm / 12pm6pm) A leading plastics manufacturer specialising in injection moulding is looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join their Flint Sites.Take the next step in your career now, scroll down to read the full role description and make your application.With continued investment in people, processes, and equipment, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team where your skills will make a real impact.The Role As the sites dedicated Maintenance Engineer , youll take ownership of both planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring minimal downtime across a wide range of equipment including injection moulding machines, extrusion lines, vacuum forming cells, chillers, granulators, compressors, and more.Youll be the key escalation point for technical issues, bringing your electrical bias and mechanical know-how to keep production running smoothly.What Were Looking For Electrical bias (open to 60/40 split).Experience maintaining plastic injection moulding machinery or similar industrial equipment.Skilled in PLC programming and fault-finding (I/O).Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and some facilities support.Ideally 5 years post-qualification experience (or QBE).Why Join?
