Shift Maintenance Engineer - Belfast / Lisburn Area Electrical Bias Our client is a global manufacturer supplying products worldwide. We are recruiting a Shift Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) who will carry out planned and reactive maintenance on production equipment, based at their site close to Belfast and Lisburn. Shift pattern is continental 2 week days and 2 week nights, with a starting salary at over £48k later rising to £51k. Additional overtime is paid at 1.5 rate. Responsibilities Planned and reactive maintenance on production plant and equipment. Respond to breakdowns and resolve faults quickly. Continuous improvement and machine upgrades. Work across electrical and mechanical systems, including PLC's, motors, drives, robotics. Work as part of a maintenance team to minimise downtime and maximise performance. Record maintenance logs as required. Work in line with company policy and health & safety. Qualifications Level 3 apprenticeship in Engineering, Mechatronic or Electrical. Strong Electrical knowledge of industrial electrical systems. Maintenance experience in a manufacturing/ production setting. Multi-skilled across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Preferable to have knowledge of PLC's, controls and robotics. Interested?
