Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor Location: Kent Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor Duties Exposure to the full project lifecycle with involvement across pre-construction through to project delivery Working alongside the project delivery team, to ensure the contractual control and cost management of projects across different sectors Managing the commercial aspects of subcontract accounts from procurement to interim and final account agreement Being involved with the final account negotiation to ensure the best possible outcome Requirements Proven experience as the SQS / Commercial Lead Previous experience working with a regional / national contractor A good understanding of building regulations and legal obligations A good knowledge of construction methods and materials Good team working skills Good contractual knowledge Interested in the opportunity above?
