Salary: £30k, plus a discretionary annual bonus recognising your individual contribution to the company’s success.Contract: Permanent, 40 hours per week Hybrid: 1-2 days per week onsite About the Role We’re looking for an HR Systems Administrator to join our team and ensure our HR systems are operating efficiently and support business needs. In this role, you will be reporting to the HCM Systems and Data Analyst', and be the go-to technical and functional expert , managing system improvements, data integrity, and reporting. You will be crucial in ensuring our HR platform supports the business effectively. What You’ll Be Doing System Administration You will be supporting in the configuration and optimisation of the HR system. Manage user profiles and permissions for employees and managers. Configure and maintain custom fields, dashboards, workflows, and data tables. Support Time & Attendance functionality for payroll processing. Reporting & Analytics Create and deliver complex reports for HR and business leaders. Extract and analyse data for dashboards and ad-hoc requests. Maintain accuracy and integrity of all HR data. Process Improvement Identify and implement system enhancements and process improvements. Regularly validate and cleanse data to ensure high standards. Partner with HR and business teams to understand requirements and resolve issues. Provide training, user guides, and ongoing support for system users. About You Highly motivated, customer-focused, and adaptable. Excellent verbal and written communication Strong reporting and analytical skills Ability to work with large datasets and maintain data integrity. Excellent attention to detail, organisational, and communication skills. Proficient in Excel Desirable but not essential Experience in managing and maintaining HR systems SQL Experience Power BI Knowledge Training & Development Full training on our HR system (Mitrefinch).
