This is a hands‑on production role with responsibility for operating advanced machinery, maintaining high standards of safety and quality and contributing to a collaborative team culture. You’ll play a key role in delivering high‑quality products to our customers, supporting continuous improvement and ensuring production targets are met safely and efficiently. To be considered for this opportunity you’ll need to be able to demonstrate: A strong focus on health & safety and attention to detail A proactive, team‑oriented mindset with problem‑solving skills Willingness to learn and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Previous manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential Alignment with our values: Integrity, Intensity, Innovation, Involvement, Impact Continental Shifts (2 days, 2 nights, 4 days off) Hours: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM / 7:00 PM–7:00 AM Please note we are closed for our Christmas shutdown from 24/12/2025 - 02/01/2026.
