What We're Looking For Someone passionate about teaching and supporting students on the autism spectrum Strong communication skills, and the ability to quickly build rapport with students and colleagues Flexible and resilient, with the ability to adapt to the varied needs of the students Have a commitment to learning and development, and a willingness to explore and implement autism‑inclusive teaching strategies Demonstrate a holistic approach to student development, focusing not only on academic success but also emotional and social growth To be eligible you must Hold a recognised teaching qualification (QTS, PGCE, BEd) Be eligible to work in the UK Be willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check (if not already registered with the online update service) Provide two professional or academic references If you would like to be considered for this role, please apply with a copy of your up-to-date CV.
