For more information about Solenis, please visit .**Production Support Specialist / Production Compliance Assistant** to help keep our chemical manufacturing processes running safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with regulatory standards.In this hands-on role, you’ll work closely with production, maintenance, quality, and safety teams—supporting daily operations, resolving technical issues, and ensuring all activities meet our high safety and performance expectations. If you’re detail-driven, proactive, and thrive in a team environment, this could be a great next step.**What You’ll Do*** Lead all planned maintenance and project activity in the HUB, including pre-task meetings, permit writing, and acting as the production representative.* Provide day-to-day operational support to apprentices working in the HUB.* Ensure full compliance with safety protocols, including Management of Change.* Support production teams to maintain schedules and minimise downtime.* Manage and monitor Zaptic systems.* Conduct routine 5S checks, plant inspections, and report hazards.* Maintain accurate procedures, risk assessments, training records, and manual-handling assessments.* Work with maintenance, quality, and safety teams to resolve operational issues and progress work orders.* Participate in safety drills, team meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives.* Carry out other reasonable duties to support production.**What We’re Looking For*** Experience in chemical manufacturing or industrial production.* Knowledge of chemical handling and safety documentation.* Strong troubleshooting ability and operational problem-solving skills.* Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to safety.**Key Skills*** Understanding of chemical production processes* Strong safety and compliance awareness* Effective communication and teamwork* Adaptability and problem-solving* Accurate documentation and record-keeping**What We Offer*** Competitive base salary, Annual bonus scheme and Enhanced company pension scheme* Private healthcare care and Life assurance and* Employee Assistance* Multi-faith room* Ongoing training, development and support* Onsite parking (some bays with EV Charging Points)**Join Us**At Solenis, we're proud of our purpose-driven culture and our commitment to innovation and sustainability.
