What We’re Looking For Experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping, or a willingness to learn and grow in the field Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team Comfortable with using technology and basic mobile devices Passion for delivering excellent customer service to people of all backgrounds What You’ll Be Doing Maintaining communal green spaces that are welcoming for everyone Engaging with residents from diverse backgrounds and delivering high-quality service Operating equipment such as mowers, hedge cutters, and brush cutters (training provided) Traveling across Gloucester and surrounding areas, ensuring safe and well-maintained environments Benefits Package Salary: £26,280 per year, with an annual salary review Performance Bonus: Based on individual and company-wide targets Company‑provided equipment: Van, mobile phone, tablet, tools, fuel card, and uniform for business use Annual leave: 27 days per year, plus bank holidays, with an option to buy or sell up to 5 days Pension options: Choose from two pension schemes, with employer contributions of up to 10% Personal benefits fund: £500 annual allowance for benefits such as private medical insurance, dental treatment, critical illness cover, or gym membership Wellbeing support – not just for you, but also for your partner, children, parents, and siblings.
