Job Title: LEV Operations ManagerLocation: Manchester, Greater Manchester.Salary / Benefits £30k – £48k + Benefits We are working closely with an industry leading Clean Air / LEV company. They are now seeking to recruit an LEV service manager in the North West region. The successful candidate will have experience working hands on within the Clean Air / LEV industry, ensuring smooth day to day running of the department, selling service level agreements, and ensuring engineers working on site are fully competent and providing training where required. For this role consideration will be given to candidates who have experience as an LEV Service Engineer, that are looking to progress into a management role. Experience & Qualifications Must hold the BOHS P601 / P602. BOHS P603 and P604 would be beneficial to the role but not essential. Will have experience working hands on for an established Clean Air / LEV company. Excellent management skills. Ability to communicate effectively with clients and employees of all levels. Excellent IT skills. The Role Overseeing and ensuring smooth day to day running of the LEV department. Carrying out annual inspections of work. Selling service level agreements to clients. Providing clients with quotations / tenders. Checking reports, ensuring that any anomalies are rectified prior to sending to clients. Overseeing a team of engineers ensuring competency on site. Carrying out training / appraisals with employees new and existing. Meeting clients on site and handing over new systems upon completion, demonstrating use of systems. Ensuring work is carried out in line with Health & Safety guidelines. Attending site meetings routinely, dealing with any issues efficiently.
