SENIOR LEAD (Product Development, Corporates) NEBOSH is the world’s leading provider of health, safety, and environmental qualifications. We are looking for a Senior Lead to join our product development team, focusing on our corporate training solutions. This role offers significant autonomy and responsibility, with direct ownership of the design, development, and quality assurance of endorsed, verified, and bespoke corporate products. You’ll lead the development and maintenance of high‑quality training solutions for our corporate clients, ensuring all products meet NEBOSH standards and client expectations. You’ll review and approve course materials, oversee the verification and endorsement of products, and act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on corporate product matters. You’ll also contribute to the regulated product portfolio when required, helping to maintain consistency and alignment across all NEBOSH learning and assessment products. What you will be doing: Have day‑to‑day ownership of the design, development, and quality assurance of corporate training products, including endorsed, verified, and bespoke courses and qualifications. Review and approve course materials, training content, and assessments. Manage allocated projects and maintain accurate product records. Produce technical content for syllabus guides and contribute to assessment design. Work with internal teams to ensure products are ready for launch and delivery. Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders on corporate product development matters. Contribute to the development and assurance of regulated qualifications when required. About You: Our ideal candidate will have the following experience: Be a qualified occupational safety and health (OSH) practitioner, with practical experience in applying OSH principles in the workplace. Strong understanding of training, qualification, and assessment development within an awarding or professional body context. Demonstrable experience in designing and assuring learning materials and assessments. Experience managing the full lifecycle of learning products. Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills. Ability to interpret and apply quality standards in a corporate training context. Creative and adaptable, with a positive approach to change and problem‑solving. Key skills and attributes for the job: Hold the NEBOSH National Diploma for Occupational Health and Safety Management Professionals, or equivalent level health and safety qualification (e.g. NVQ). Experience in product development and assessment is desirable. Experience in project management. Have a positive attitude to change and the ability to be creative. Be agile in their approach to their work and their workplace. Ideally hold a current driving license and / or be willing to use public transport to attend meetings throughout the UK when required. Experience of delivering training and/or presenting would also be advantageous. What we offer Working week: 35 hours Monday – Friday Work base: We have adopted a hybrid working environment which allows you to work remotely as well as from the NEBOSH offices in Leicestershire (close to Fosse Park and M1). £47,845.25 per annum Other benefits 25 days’ annual leave increasing with service #J-18808-Ljbffr
