Relief Care Supervisor – Campbell House, Weybridge, UK The role is based at the prestigious Campbell House Retirement Living Plus development in Weybridge. We are offering a professional relief Care Supervisor to support the day‑to‑day running and supervision of our community of independent older residents, ensuring safety, wellbeing and high‑quality care standards. Compensation and Hours £16.78 per hour for day shifts (08:45–16:30 or 16:15–09:30) £13.03 per hour for night shifts (21:30–09:00). An additional £1 per hour is provided for work from midnight Friday to midnight Sunday. Shifts are scheduled on an "as and when" basis; hourly rates for specific shift times are discussed with the Development Manager. Relief Care Supervisors are expected to be on standby from 23:00 to 07:00, providing 24‑hour emergency support to homeowners only during this period. About The Role As Relief Care Supervisor you will exemplify the high‑quality customer standards our residents expect, be a key link between the Care and Support teams, and ensure the safety and wellbeing of the homeowners. Key responsibilities include: Managing the security of the development at all times. Overseeing the Care and Support teams during your shifts. Co‑ordinating and facilitating resident activities that strengthen community spirit. Responding to emergencies, ensuring timely assistance to residents during your on‑call hours. Maintaining accurate daily shift reports and communication with the Development Manager. Qualifications Live within easy commuting distance of the estate. Warm, friendly, organised, self‑motivated with strong care skills and experience in a care or support environment. Desire to work in Health and Social Care; preferred QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 3 or equivalent qualifications and experience. Ability to manage security, ensure safety and wellbeing, and lead the Care and Support teams. Strong organisational & communication skills, able to coordinate community activities.
