Come and join our award winning teams - we are currently recruiting for a Catering Supervisor to join our amazing team to cover three sites in Worthing. Location: Worthing Area Salary: £13.60 per hour Working Pattern: 35 hours per week - Monday - Friday ,no weekends or Bank Holidays, but shifts may fall between 0630-1500, flexibility is a must Key Responsibilities Supervising our culinary and catering teams to ensure we continue to deliver impeccable food and customer serviceCovering when Annual Leave is being taken by other members of staffPreparing delicious food to the highest standardsCommunicating regularly with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targetsSupporting and training our teams, leading from the front to make sure everyone can excel in their roleImplementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all catering and service teams. Ideal Candidate Be a trained BaristaHave experience managing teams in a similar roleGood knowledge of Food HygieneHave great communication and organisational skills Contract Catering would be highly desirableRequired to work across multiple sites within the area, so flexibility is essential What's in it for you?
